    Substations

    Production and construction of substations

TimCop can proudly say that it has a large number of projects behind it, which include the construction and production of substations, from mobile through pillar to wall, concrete and compact concrete substations.

    Types of Transformer substations

    Mobile transformer substations

Containerized facilities for temporary power supply and emergency interventions.

    Pillar substations

Reliable distribution solutions for various power systems.

    Wall-Mounted transformer substations

Compact solutions for urban and industrial facilities.

    Compact concrete transformer substations

A high level of protection, safety, and long-term system durability.

    Mobile substations

Mobile facilities provide an efficient solution for the temporary replacement of fixed transformer substations during failures or planned maintenance of the power system.

They are container-type units mounted on truck trailers, enabling fast transport, easy installation, and flexible positioning, even in hard-to-access locations.

    The first mobile plant project

The first mobile facility project in which TimCop participated as an equipment installer was a mobile 20 kV primary distribution facility for Elektrovojvodina.

The experience gained was applied to further improve mobile facilities. An example of this progress and the implementation of innovative technical solutions are three mobile switchgear facilities produced one year later for Elektrodistribucija Kraljevo.

    Composition of a Mobile Facility
    35 kV switchgear facility
20(10) kV switchgear facilities with an auxiliary power transformer
Mobile transformer substation 20(10)/0.4 kV; 630 kVA
    Reliability and Efficiency

Mobile facilities have proven their reliability through the rehabilitation of damaged power systems across Serbia, including the TS 110/20 substation in Bečej and facilities damaged by the earthquake in Kraljevo.

    NS-1 and NS-2 Pole-mounted transformer substations

TimCop offers two types of pole-mounted transformer substations — NS-1 and NS-2, approved by EPS “Elektrovojvodina” Novi Sad. The substations are designed for operation at voltage levels up to 20 kV, with the possibility of application in 10 kV distribution networks as well.

Thanks to their optimized design and simple installation, pole-mounted transformer substations enable fast and reliable installation, with significantly reduced project execution times.

    NS-1

A single-pole transformer substation intended for distribution networks and simple installation.

✔ Transformer power up to 160 kVA
    ✔ Compact design
    ✔ Fast installation

    NS-2

A portal-type transformer substation for higher power requirements and stable system operation.

✔ Power up to 400 kVA
✔ Suitable for 10 kV and 20 kV distribution networks
    ✔ Reliable and long-lasting solution

Prefabricated concrete, wall and compact concrete substations

Depending on the clients' needs for power, possible space limitations and other requirements, there is a wide range of substations of these types on offer.

Prefabricated concrete transformer substations are standardized units and can be produced in various configurations, from 1×630 kVA to 2×1000 kVA. They are characterized by fast production, an attractive appearance, and a relatively small footprint.
Wall-mounted substations provide freedom in terms of power requirements, and can be built for the required number of transformers of different powers up to 1600 kVA
Compact concrete substations are typical, for power from 1x630kVA to 2x1000kVA. The extremely small space it takes up, the visual inconspicuousness and the very short construction time make them a suitable solution for clients with high demands.

The company is also engaged in equipping substations within the facility if there is such a request by customers.

The equipment installed in transformer substations comes from renowned domestic and foreign manufacturers and is approved by “Elektrovojvodina”. The choice of equipment is also influenced by the client’s specific requirements, especially regarding the transformer design and the medium-voltage switchgear assembly, whether conventional or with SF6 insulating gas.
After the construction of substations, the company also offers the services of necessary maintenance and possible energy expansion of substations. Regular annual audits of substations ensure long-term and reliable operation of the power supply system. After the performed audit and possible interventions on the substation equipment, the client receives an official report on the performed audit and repairs.
TimCop carries out the construction of medium-voltage overhead and cable lines, as well as complete electrical power solutions for supplying industrial and distribution systems.
Preparation of technical documentation, design of electrical power systems, and development of solutions in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards.
